    Accounting Assistant (Receivable)


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Computer literate Microsoft office.
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in all facet of accounting office.
  • Process the billing and collection.
  • Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
  • Maintains records invoices, debits, and credits.
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales department.
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
  • Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.

  • Candidate must possess at least [Education Level]
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Generate financial statements and reports

  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent
  • Required Skill(s): Operate Heavy Equipment Machines
  • Can drive automobile and with driver’s license
  • Can do Maintenance, checking and troubleshooting of Forklifts, Excavator, Bulldozer, Wheel loader etc.
  • Disassembling and reassembling engines and electrical wirings.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, fuel and brake lines.
  • Familiarity with parts and components of complex machinery and engines, as well as the tools to fix them.
  • Familiar with electronics, be able to read blueprints, or use electronic diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot repairs.
  • Able to look at mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, identify problems, and think about possible solutions.

  • Warehouse Man


  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Others or equivalent.

  • Required Skill(s): Driving skills for Motorcycle,4 Wheels can operate forklift.

  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves settle it in according standards.
  • Maintains inventory controls of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat, always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
  • Warehouse Inventory Assistant
